Blue Locker Commercial Diving Services, LLC, inspects, cleans and repairs drinking water storage systems in compliance with, AWWA (American Water Works Association), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), SPC (Society for Protective Coatings), AWS (American Welding Society), NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers), ACI (American Concrete Institute).

BLD uses only Commerically Certified Divers by accredited diving institutions where we follow OSHA regulations of minimum (01) wet diver; (01) standby diver, and (01) tender (all commercially certified) divers.
All our dive teams have minimum one SSPC NACE certified inspector on staff at all times. BLD welcomes OSHA, DIR, and/or any other regulatory/safety agency at our sites to assure compliance and the safety of all our staff.

As an offshore diver, inland diver and show diver, the owner’s mission is to provide you with a stress free service that comes with our guarantee that we are not satisfied until the clients and communities we serve are satisfied. We are able to mobilize quickly and generally be on site within 24 hours. This includes across the country or wherever your home may be. Our headquarters is based in Nevada, but we offer service across the country and have completed projects in several states.
